I'd like to keep checking on your blog. We are thinking of taking a work assignment in Sydney too (moving from Missouri!!), but it won't start for another year or so. I'd like to know how things go for you. Are your kids school age? I've read about a great American International School there. Thanks for your blog.

Kristy, Thanks for your comments. My daughter is six and will be in year one there. I am a bit worried about the school situation. I will definitely be posting more about it on the blog. Have you seen the Yanks Down Under forum? Lots of helpful folks over there. Good luck with your decision. Jenny
