I'm in my (soon-to-be-late) twenties, a veteren of long-distance relationships which thank goodness will soon be over. I'm (happily) getting married and (somewhat reluctantly) moving to the states. I hate celery, love sushi and am one of the charity do-gooding types although I'm considering selling out because I want a nice house. Think that probably sums me up well enough.

Resolute Posted on 15/01/2013

The year of the adult Posted on 05/01/2013

I prefer reflection to planning. So much less to get wrong and so much more potential for wisdom. Hence why this first post of the New Year is about the Old One. Resolutory (not a word)...   Read more
Running Posted on 15/10/2012

I recently had an upsetting experience in a GAP changing room. We've all had them. Fluorescent lights and underwear chosen in the dark at 6am (when not anticipating later standing in...   Read more
Writing in the dark Posted on 16/09/2012

Sometimes I don't even know if I like writing. It's just this thing I do to torture myself. Other times it flows and I am euphoric. More often than not it's the former.Right...   Read more
