So, here’s a little this and that about me. My background is quite multi-cultural; the way I see it. I’m from Goa, raised in Doha and been living in Dubai the past 10 years with a portuguese citizenship. I am absolutely mad about food and it seems to be the one relationship that stood the test of time. The only other thing thats bigger than my love for food and photography is Sasha; my 1 year old Darling Dog. Sometimes she does get a few doggy gourmet meals prepped by me and in turn she showers me with a lot of cuddles and kisses.. and i am a big sucker for cuddles and kisses. Living a single life is not easy for someone who loves to cook; getting the motivation to get up and prepare something nice for just yourself seems a little crazy, but.. hahaha that is me.. a little crazy!. Since I rarely measure out my food, my 1-person meal often ends up being a meal for 5 other people. So one cooking session gives me a lot of frozen food that lasts me a week I dont believe I am an exceptional cook, but I do love the combination of flavors and textures dancing across my tongue; i like trying out new stuff and borrowing bits and pieces from 3-4 recipes to create my own. Most of the recipes here are mainly mine, but there are probably a few that I may have borrowed and experimented adding my own zest to it. I like looking at food blogs, its quite inspiring. I started up this blog so I may share a little bit of my crazy with you, hope you like it and hope to see anything you’d like to share as well :)

    • Reading what you wrote about your "madness" for food is like reading about me. When I cook for myself, I end up cooking for 3 - 5 people hahaha. You're right, living a single life is not easy for someone who loves to cook in getting the motivation to actually cook. At least you have Sasha. I think I can take care of someone else besides myself right now since being in Kuwait is nothing but work long hours. Enjoyed your post!
