Hi, Ruby Dubai is a nice place to live except for 6 months [ april to sept when its really hot]. make sure you get a good salary package and all the perks should be mentioned on your emploment contract. housing is real costly and studio is around 80,000 dhs and furnished 2 bed appt is 1,40,000 to 1,75,000 dhs per year. usually all housing is furnished. If you have US driving license then its fine or else its difficult to get one in UAE, you will end up spending 4000 to 8000 dhs for this. also its better to ask for the accomodation from your employer.
