For a job we (my wife and I) left Germany 20 years ago. We lived in the UK for 17 and are nowon our own free will in rural Galicia Spain. Experiencing the other or real Spain with fully open eyes.

Born and bread in Germany We (my wife and I) lived 15 years in the UK (south) have now relocated to rural green Spain (Galicia) where we are renovating houses. Although all amenities are available often the life feels as if one has been thrown back 20 or more years. Time is measured and used differently here. No rat race but don't get me wrong things and jobs do get done here in Galicia. We now have a house we rent out and are building a small nursery / garden center.
