I loved your post on wellies. When we first got to the Highlands the first thing we noticed was that everyone lived in wellies. It didn't take long to find out why - bog, tide, sheep droppings (they can not be avoided). I figured people must wear them to bed. My husband has size 13 feet - we had to mount a quest. But we found our wellies - and wore them every day until we came back!
