I would like to know more about bareboat charters in the cyclades islands. is it safe for two people to travel that way? we are experienced sailors and I would love to see Greece by boat and have the luxury of staying wherever our hearts desire. any advice?

Hello Cat, I'm a Greek citizen that has visited your website (now: livingingreece.gr) about a dozen of times. I am writing you through here, as i cannot get a contact point with you no matter how hard i've tried.. Your website seems to have no email address or comments on the sections i'm interested on. As far as my enquiries are concerned, my girlfriend (US citizen from Portland, OR) considers seriously to move to Athens, Greece after being together for 2 years. She is working for the past 4 years as a dentist. I would like you to offer me some tips of advice (if possible) on where to address in order to save up some valuable time and headaches (as you most probably have experienced i've read your stories). So 2 subjects are of our concern: the work permit (as i understood, there is no need for a visa) and any tips on possible places she could apply for exercising her profession (dentist). As far as i remember you were mentioning at one of your posts that you knew few employees willing to hire non-EU citizens (http://livingingreece.gr/2007/04/16/americans-or-other-non-eu-citizens-wanting-to-work-in-greece/). I will be very grateful for any sort of information you might provide. Thank you very much in advance for your help and cooperation. P.S.
