My Life in Paris
Author
Hello/Bonjour! I'm originally from Los Angeles, California where I lived for the past 36 years. I've always loved to travel and to experience new people and cultures and after 10 years working as a child psychologist and growing increasingly tired of feeling as if I was living in a box, I made the best decision of my life and I packed up my things and left on a world trip to India, Thailand, Bali, Cambodia and South Africa. During my time in Thailand at a volunteer camp working with elephants, I met and fell in love with an amazing man and made another life-altering decision to live with him in Paris where I am now living. I have been in Paris since December 2011 and am looking to eventually become a French citizen. Our plan is to open a guest-house/spiritual community somewhere in southeast Asia and to live part of the year in Indonesia, part in France and part in the U.S. We will depart again next year in 2013 to continue further traveling and to begin researching more about opening a guest house in Thailand, Bali or another part of Indonesia which is why I am looking to connect with people who are living or have lived in these areas. I am also happy, however, to share my experiences as well of living as an expat in Paris and all the fun surprises that come along with living here! If you're interested in reading more about my adventures in Paris you can check out my blog at www.parisdaisygirl.canalblog.com. Looking forward to connecting with some interesting and adventurous people! Happy travels!
