An American in Denmark
As an American in Denmark, there are many moments that I find myself contemplating the differences between my life in the U.S. and my life here in Copenhagen. This blog serves as a place for me to note Observations living abroad and just things that pop up that relate to daily life and my adopted home, Denmark. As a food writer and being married to a chef, I find myself being inspired to write about food or restaurants I visit. Therefore I have created the Foodie Bits category. Finally, since I personally place a high level of importance on Health, Wellness & Balance, I occasionally write entries relating to these subjects as well. My hope is that there is an audience for my writing and that somewhere and somehow my words just might touch, help or inspire someone. At the very least, it will allow me to write freely and openly about things I care about.
