Since two weeks, there are a lot of dead turtles on the beach! More than 400 so far , from south of Costa Rica and here in Chiriqui beaches. It smell very bad. ANAM is suppose to work on that. But they don´t do nothing...This is REALLY bad for the environment, and for tourism industry... Does anybody know something?
