                • Ramon, there are so many 3-5 star hotels in saigon, and they are all good. i suggest you stay in downtown saigon (district 1). the 3-star hotels there are mostly new, clean, & cozy and will cost around USD40+. If you are the more adventurous type, you can stay at the backpacker's area (pham ngu lao), where there are really cheap rooms, as low as USD10, i think. about the YMCA, im not sure about that, sorry.
