Author
I am an American who lived in Japan for 7 years (Sendai and Kyoto), working as an engineer, translator, instructor, and graduate student. I am fluent in Japanese and English, and have moderate Korean ability. I am currently employed as a translator and proofreader at a research institute in Seoul. I started blogging to compare my experiences as an expat in Japan and South Korea.
