A former News Reader with Sky News Australia in the beautiful harbour city of Sydney, two years ago my hotelier husband and I took a leap of faith and upped stumps to relocate to the fragrant harbour city of Hong Kong. Our decision to 'live life on the edge' has not been without its challenges.
