Practicing Yoga can be a profound self healing experience. It can provide you with an avenue for certain emotions to travel. It allows you to open your heart in a way that you'd be receptive to all that is great and it opens your mind in a way that you'd realize what is or is not important to you.

I'd be interested in doing Yoga ( beginners level) in Phnom Penh. Do you know of any places that do it (in the evenings or weekend)?
