I simply don't get questions like this. What do you expect me to answer? - I'll never know if you can live on 5000 USD - that'll all depend on who you are, your needs, if those 5000 USD should cover rent, transportation, insurance etc. And again that'll depend on your needs - what demands your have for housing, how much time you wanna spend in traffic jams etc. etc.
If you expect a qualified answer, take your time and explain and ask me properly. I'm sorry, but this is honestly a waste of my time.
