I joined a third-party workforce company in Saudi Arabia, and my joining date was 10 July 2023, but they did not make my iqama for 8 months, they said we have the same legal issue we could not make your iqama right now, and after 8 months they made my iqama and sent me a request on qiwa which I accepted, now I am on probation period can I resign from the company and take the final exit and I will come for a new visa,
now if I resign then what employer can do, I waited for my Iqama for almost 8 months and they enforced me to work without iqama illegally. now please tell me if can i terminate my contract because I am on 90 day probation period.
