I am looking for a mixed or women's K1 kickboxing or Muay Thai class. I trained in the UK (just for fun and fitness, not competitively) for a few years and have tried a couple of gyms in Riyadh but it's a bit different to the style of coaching and club camaraderie I'm looking for.
Any suggestions for a gym, club or even personal trainer that would be in line with my previous experience in England?
